About Charlotte

Hi, I'm Charlotte — a Level 2 and Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer, and the woman behind The Real Life Method.
Before fitness, I was a professional dancer — which is where my love of movement, discipline, and what the body can really do all began. I qualified as a PT in 2019 and have spent the last four years coaching women, mostly online, mostly women juggling work, family and everything in between.
In 2020, I had major spinal surgery and was out of training for months. Slowly working my way back from zero taught me something I now build into every workout I create: progress doesn't come from punishing yourself or training perfectly. It comes from showing up consistently, with workouts that fit the life you actually live.
I created The Real Life Method for women like my older sister — a primary school head teacher and a mum of two young kids, with a packed work calendar and a busier home life. She wants to feel stronger and more confident in her own body, but doesn't have hours to give to the gym. She's not unusual. She's most of the women I speak to.
I get it because I'm right there too. Alongside running this business, I run a dance school with 200 children — full-time, on my feet, mentally and physically demanding. I know what it feels like to want fitness to fit around my life, not become another thing that runs it.
If that's where you are — this programme is built for you.
