2. Our Products

Charlotte Pacey Fitness offers two products, both delivered digitally via charlottepaceyfitness.com.

The Real Life Method 6-week programme. A one-time purchase of £49 grants lifetime access to 18 follow-along workout videos, 6 quick 10-minute workouts, and 12 Quick Guide reference videos (36 videos in total).

The Real Life Method library subscription. Ongoing access to the full workout library, new monthly content, the 6-week programme, and the Extras tools (Macro Calculator, Recipe Library, Charlotte's Picks). Sold as a monthly or annual subscription with a 7-day free trial. Full subscription terms are in section 5 below.

3. Your Rights Under UK Consumer Law

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If our products do not meet these standards, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or price reduction.

Reference: Consumer Rights Act 2015, Sections 34-36.

4. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (6-week programme)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, when you buy the 6-week programme as a one-time purchase you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel and receive a full refund.

If you request immediate access to the programme and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once you begin streaming content, this right is waived upon first access.

If you do not waive this right, you may cancel within 14 days. If you have accessed content during this period, a proportionate charge may apply.

Cancellation rules for the library subscription are set out separately in section 5.

5. Subscription Terms (library)

This section covers the library subscription. The 6-week one-time purchase is governed by sections 2 and 4 above.

5.1 Free trial

The library opens with a 7-day free trial. We ask for your card up front so the subscription can start the moment your trial ends, but you are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken.

Three days before your first charge we send you a reminder email. This is a commitment, not marketing copy. It gives you time to cancel if the library is not for you. If you do nothing after the reminder, your subscription begins on day 7 at the price you signed up at.

5.2 Pricing

The library is offered at the following prices.

  • Monthly, founding price. £3.99 per month, locked for life, for the first 100 founding members.
  • Monthly, standard price. £9.99 per month, applied automatically once the founding cap of 100 is reached.
  • Annual, founding price. £59 per year, locked for life, for founding members.
  • Annual, standard price. £79 per year, applied automatically once the founding cap is reached.

The price you sign up at is the price you keep. If you are a founding member, your founding price is locked for the lifetime of your active subscription. If you cancel and resubscribe later, the price available to new customers at that time applies.

5.3 Recurring billing

After the trial ends your subscription renews automatically. Monthly subscriptions renew on the same day of each month. Annual subscriptions renew on the same date each year. Payment is taken from the card on file via Stripe.

5.4 Cancellation

You can cancel any time from your account at charlottepaceyfitness.com/account. The cancel button opens the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can stop your subscription, update your card, and download invoices.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep access until that date, then the subscription ends and no further payments are taken.

5.5 Refunds

The 7-day trial is free. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken and nothing needs to be refunded.

Once your subscription starts, we do not refund periods that have already been billed. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not pro-rate the current period. If something has gone wrong, contact hello@charlottepaceyfitness.com and we will look at it case by case.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under UK consumer law, including your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Refund Policy (6-week programme)

Refunds on the 6-week programme are processed to the original payment method via Stripe. To request a refund, contact hello@charlottepaceyfitness.com. Refund requests are assessed in accordance with UK consumer law and section 4 above. Subscription refunds are covered in section 5.5.

7. Acceptable Use

  • You may not share, redistribute, or resell programme or library content.
  • Access is for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • One account per purchase or subscription.
